Mini PC to Hungary, a solution for a Mini PC used for hotel reception, hotel bar, hotel restaurant

We have to make a proposal to a customer for 15 pcs of Mini PC. That is a solution for a Mini PC used for hotel reception, hotel bar, hotel restaurant. The PCs will be stored in the Server Room in a Rack, the connection to the Monitors, Keyboard and Mouse will be be made through an optical converter/KVM switch.
Configuration:
-Windows 11 operating system,
-Processor power enough to run seamlessly windows and office programs + hotel management software all at once.
-16 GB RAM
-512 GB SSD
-1 x HDMI port
-1 x VGA port
-2 x LAN (Gigabit)
-1 x Serial Port (RS232 for the Fiscal Printer)
-2 x SFP Port 1 or 2.5Gbps (optional - it would be great to have it)
-6 x USB Ports (USB3)
-rackable/rack mounting (19") or stackable form factor; The Mini PCs will be stored in the server room, in the rack cabinet on a shelf, on each other or screwed to the rack is are rack mountable.
-WiFi - not required
-color - doesn't matter the Mini PCs are not visible in the Server Room
